Why I created this program

I created this because I kept seeing the same pattern over and over. Women trying to do everything right. Starting strong, then falling off and feeling like they had to start over again.

Hi, I'm Angie.

I help women 35+ break the all-or-nothing cycle with their health and dieting cycles.

I know first hand restrictive diets don't work because I was stuck starting over on Monday and "trying harder" for many years. I thought I lacked the willpower needed to follow through. What finally changed was focusing on nutrition and habits that fit my life and didn't fail when life got busy.

Now I help women do the same so they can also get results without the frustration of having to keep starting over.
